HLA Typing B51 Locus

This test detects the presence of specific genes on the HLA B51 Locus in your blood.

During this test:

• A sample of your blood will be collected using a needle.
• The sample will be sent to the laboratory for analysis.
• The analysis will involve identifying specific genes on the HLA B51 Locus using PCR-SSOP (Luminex) method.
• Results will be reported on the same day, usually by 6 pm.
