Mr. Mohan Menon assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Metropolis in August 2023. With nearly two decades of diverse experience spanning various sectors, Mohan holds a proven track record of leading and managing successful marketing initiatives, driving revenue growth, and building strong brand equity for global organizations.
In his capacity as CMO, Mohan leads Metropolis' marketing endeavours, spearheading organic business growth through Direct-to-Consumer and clinician outreach. His mandate also includes fortifying digital efforts and revitalizing brand initiatives. Furthermore, he oversees the organization's integrated corporate communication and public relations strategies.
Prior to Metropolis, Mohan had a successful and robust stint with Max Healthcare as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Digital. He has formerly worked in the organizations like Micromax Mobiles, American Express and Samsung India.
Academically, Mohan holds an MBA with a specialization in Marketing & Operations from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and an Engineering Degree with a specialization in Computer Science.
Mohan's exceptional contributions to the field of Marketing have garnered him several accolades, including the IAMAI Digital Marketer of the Year Award in the Healthcare Category (2016) and the Max India Chairman's Award (2015) in recognition of his outstanding performance at Max Healthcare. Under his stewardship, Max Healthcare received numerous prestigious awards for its marketing campaigns from esteemed industry events, such as the ET India Digiplus Awards, ET Brand Equity Shark Awards, SpikesAsia Grand Prix, DMA Asia, and Abby's.
